Souza after all this timeĬlick to expand.Ce3k I did a lot of research awhile back on the Billy Miers case and the network of names that came up was Col Wendall Stevens,Tom Welch ,Lee Elders,Brit Elders and Gary Kinder.Wendall, the Elders brothers tom and Billy own the copyrights to the Mier photos to which Gary gets 50% of the royalties with rest being split among the rest. They got a $100,000 advance from New York Publisher Morgan Entrekin, whew not a bad payday.I know this seems off topic but it's not as your well done research has found the elusive Brazilian contactee Jefferson Souza. The man was aligned with this group of marketeers and of course Billy being the only contactee ever on the Earth they couldn't have another contactee so the Blue Planet was born.Just another marketing schem.Billy was not the mastermind the world thinks he is,but this talented marketing team was and a team is still running the show. They have so many agreements with so many people it's is staging to try and unravel. especially as I may be the first person to have found Mr. about Dulce, A-Z of aliens, cattle mutilations etc etc? Blue Planet Project - Is this real? What is it?Ĭould it be that this one document first published in the late 80's has given rise to all the stories we now read e.g. ![]() Now this may well be true, but I just find it strange that he should maybe suddenly appear after having apparently gone missing.įor those interested, here's a link to the thread he's posted on. The Conference theme was: Extraterrestrials Are Visiting Earth. ![]() Dean, who claims he saw a "Cosmic Top Secret" briefing document on UFOs when he worked on the General Staff at SHAPE (Strategic Headquarters, Allied Powers Europe) in the mid-1960s. Lt Col Stevens was assisted with his Hosting duties at the Conference by his good friend Command Sergeant Major (ret.) Robert O. Lt Col Stevens was assigned to Wright Field in 1946, and his research on UFO’s began there with all of the information about the Roswell crash in 1947. The Congress was founded by Lt Colonel Wendelle Stevens, retired US Air Force pilot turned UFO investigator and researcher. The notebooks were grey Composition Graph Notebooks with sketches, diagrams, formulas, charts and information about Extraterrestrial data collected from various sites around the world. The original Blue Planet Project Notebooks were handwritten by their owner at the First International UFO Congress held in Tucson Arizona held from May 3rd thru the 7th in 1991. Either it is him, or someone posing as him. The fact that there is someone posting on the as 'Jeff Souza' and clearly giving the impression that he was the originator of the first published book seems strange to me. The fact that Jefferson Souza apparently went missing suggests what? How does anyone know whether there's any fact behind what is claimed/written? How does anyone know that this document is truly from some scientists notebook, which was then published by Jefferson Souza? Is it the case that the revelations exposed in this document have been the precursor to all and sundry jumping on its bandwagon? It really makes me wonder how much information currently out there and being discussed on Forums such as this actually originated from this one document, Project Blue Book. Is it also true that storied such as those relating to Dulce also only started to appear after this document? ![]() Is it not strange that the first complete A-Z listing of Alien types seems to me to have originated from this one document (back in the 1990's) and that since then, especially in recent years, this A-Z seems to appear everywhere?Ģ. Alive and well on another Forum () where, even this year, 'Jeff Souza' is posting links to the website that Norio has posted above.ġ. Instead, there are many sources on the Internet where the alleged document can be found or bought.Īccording to some stories (including those presented on Alien Files Unsealed), Jefferson Souza 'went missing'. It apparently went to print, but hard copies can no longer be found. It is alleged to have been drawn from a notebook (or even set of notebooks) by a scientist who worked on a 'top secret programme'. It's my understanding that 'The Blue Planet Project' was compiled by a certain Jefferson Souza.
